PE kit list 2023/24

Due to reasons of hygiene, it is important that all items of clothing for PE (including footwear) should be completely different to the school uniform worn by your child during the day.

Indoor PE:           A plain white T-shirt, black shorts (bare feet)

Outdoor PE:         A plain white T-shirt, black shorts or plain black tracksuit bottoms/ black leggings, trainers or pumps and socks. In the winter also bring a jumper.

During Indoor P.E. sessions, if a child has a verruca it is acceptable for them to wear the light, soft black pumps for a short period until the problem has cleared.

On which days do children need their PE Kits?

Base 3 & 4

Indoor: Friday

To ensure that children always have their P.E kit we suggest that children bring their P.E kit in on a Monday and take it home on Friday for washing.

Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

Written or verbal explanation from you should be given to the class teacher, prior to the PE session, if your child is not participating.

It is also important to note that no jewellery is permitted during physical education sessions. If your child is wearing jewellery they will be responsible for removing and storing their own jewellery. Our advice is that children do not wear any jewellery on their P.E. days.  Please write to Miss Taylor should your child have recently had their ears pierced and a date will be arranged by which time they should be able to remove them.
