1st Half Spring Term:
During this half term, our class theme will be Percy the Park Keeper – People Who Help Us. In RWI, we will be using our phonic knowledge to write sentences that can be read by others. In Mathematics, we will be comparing numbers within 10 and exploring measure. During Understanding the World, we will be exploring and commenting on images of familiar situations in the past and the present as well as talking about the lives of the people around them and their roles in society.
2nd Half Spring Term:
During this half term, our class theme will be Percy the Park Keeper – People Who Help Us. In RWI, we will using our phonic knowledge to write words which match their spoken sounds. In Mathematics, we will be learning our number bonds to 10 and exploring patterns. During Understanding the World, we will be comparing and contrasting characters from stories, including figures from the past as well as looking at their immediate environment.
