We will be developing our literacy work on the Rainforests by writing non-chronological reports and persuasive texts. Also, we will be continuing the Rain Forest theme with our Art as we use images of the plants, animals and people of the rainforest as the subject our work on changing viewpoints. Our Rain Forest theme will continue in our D&T as we design a soup suitable for a rainforest explorer.
During our science lessons we will be learning about Animals including Humans. The children will learn about Digestive systems, Teeth, Diet and how they relate to relate and affect each other. We will also be investigating food chains, understanding how one form of life depends on another for food, and how a change in one of the elements of the chain can impact on others.
